At Piccolo's Gastronomia, we take pride in the quality of our gourmet imports and fresh provisions. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution regarding non-perishable items.
Review Eligibility
Ensure items are unopened and in original packaging; please note that perishable goods like meats, cheeses, and frozen items are exempt from returns for safety reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the non-perishable items with the RMA clearly marked on the outside and ship them back to our Italian market headquarters.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
